Welcome to Trustella. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By ordering, browsing, or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to purchases and use of products made via our website and to any related services we provide.

2. Definitions

• Buyer / Customer: any person or entity who purchases from Trustella.
• Product(s): physical goods listed for sale on Trustella’s site.
• Order Confirmation: electronic confirmation sent after successful payment and acceptance of an order.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

No contract is formed until Trustella sends an Order Confirmation. We may decline orders for stock, pricing, or fraud concerns.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Customers are responsible for import duties outside Germany. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We ship globally. Shipping times are estimates and risk passes to the customer upon carrier handoff.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns comply with applicable laws. EU consumer rights cannot be waived. Contact shop@trustella.eu to initiate returns.

7. Limited Warranty

Products are provided “as is.” Trustella disclaims implied warranties except where prohibited by law. Manufacturer warranties may apply separately.

• Trustella’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, except where prohibited by law.
• Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud cannot be excluded.

Trustella is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
